Christine Frost
Campaign Director
Christine Frost has over 24 years of experience in development including major and principal gift fundraising, fundraising management, volunteer engagement and capital campaigns. Before coming to Rice, Christine worked at Brown University, where she served in a variety of positions over two terms of service, totaling over 20 years. She began her career in development as a major gift officer at Brown in 2000, where she worked with alumni and parents in New York City and Texas. She went on to serve as a regional director managing fundraising teams on the west coast, New York and Chicago. She then played a pivotal role in Brown’s principal gift efforts as senior philanthropic advisor and most recently served as campaign director for Brown University’s $4B “BrownTogether” campaign. In addition to experience in higher education, Christine served as chief development officer at the International Tennis Hall of Fame and Museum in Newport, Rhode Island, where she successfully restructured the development operation, implemented an inaugural annual giving program and led a transformative capital campaign, the organization's largest to date. Prior to embarking on her career in development, Christine spent nine years in advertising in Boston and New York City. Christine earned her bachelor's degree in marketing from Creighton University.
